Trying to get back into the drawing mood, hard to do for me lately..

I still really like Koei's design for Sasaki Kojirō in Samurai Warriors. I've been going back to those games and Samurai Showdown lately since there aren't really any good games to come out any time soon..

I can see the samurai showdown look as well as a slight look of Sephiroth. I look the new look for Kojiro though. I wished you could play as some of the side characters.

And which side characters? Like Musashi and Kojiro? I know that theyre in the JP exclusive version of the game as well as Kotaro's story mode which sucks for me since i cant get it

I was actually getting that game and sengoku basara. In that game he is an unplayable character. I like the new piece too, but I am a more pencil and line art guy. I am not very good at coloring stuff in be it by marker or colored paint. Kudos though.

Ahh i see. And yes, lately ive been prefering linework than painted, I still have a ways to go for cleaning my lines more

Sometimes I think that rough linework adds to the drawing. I know when I look through people's art it is one of the things I like, but when I draw for myself I don't much care for the way it looks when I do it. It looks sloppy. But when others do it it looks professional. I don't know how it works but it does.
